Documents required

• Passport-size photo
• Copy of ID proof: Aadhaar, PAN or passport
• Payment slip or screenshot (with transaction ID / UTR)

How to apply

1. Choose Annual or Lifetime membership and fill in the form
2. Pay by bank transfer or UPI and upload the payment slip
3. The committee checks your payment and documents
4. Accept the agreement and download your ID card

Renewal

Annual members receive SMS and email reminders 30, 15, 7 and 1 day before expiry. Lifetime membership does not expire.

Verify an ID card

Every member ID card issued by the association carries a QR code. Scanning it shows the member’s name, member number, validity and current status.
